Subodh Inamdar is known for his experience in corporate commercial and conveyancing matters. He has a practical common sense approach. He introduced the law of unjust enrichment to the Kenya Court of Appeal. He specializes in Construction Law and construction disputes. He advises on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, carrying out due diligence and company reconstruction. His current interests are in Public Private Partnerships relating to housing and infrastructure projects.

Samir Inamdar is based in the Mombasa Office and specializes in all aspects of admiralty/shipping matters particularly in the arrest of ships at any port of Kenya. He also specializes in medical professional negligence in which he acts for the Medical Protection Society (MPS) England. He runs a general practice dealing with company/commercial matters agreements, winding-up and corporate disputes, conveyancing and property law. Samir's other love is Cricket. He is Chairman of Cricket Kenya. He has made a substantial contribution in the structuring of national cricket in Kenya. He is an elected Board Director of the International Cricket Council and the current Chairman of the Association and Affiliate Members of the ICC worldwide (94 countries).
